There is always this breed of people in the workplace, who is invisible from the beginning but suddenly is everywhere when the project is almost done. They may even take over the project and make the boss believe that they're the major contributors. They will always do the negative talking, lament about the weather they have to suffer from to get to the office, criticizing other people's work while obviously they don't know a thing about it.And which annoys me most is that they tend to curry favor with the boss, in other words, they try as much as they can to get recognized by the boss. A nod or smile from the boss sends ripples of excitement and enthusiasm down their bodies.

They're mean, lazy and demoralizing, they make the workplace toxic. I really don't want to deal with this kind of people especially when i'm exhausted and running out of patience now, but I can be polite,

Could you please just go away?
